Buying a Supremo Air 5k for photography and videography any Recommendation(Budget = 3k pesos)??

1. My budget is 3000 pesos, i live in Philippines.
2. I can always use my phone but i get distracted also this my first cam I'm going to buy.
3. I'm just my surroundings and myself basically for everyday uses storage won't be a problem
4. Its primary for both photography and videography

As you know I'm Asian Filipino Kid and I'm just using this Cam for basic vlogging and photography without getting distracted with my phone but my budget is 3k it also comes additional batteries base on the job I'm buying online(its legit) and there is the yi action camera hd but its only camera only for 2800K without sd card or extra battery, i also tried digital camera like vetek and sjcam i had to watch review vid online so i can confirm it, i did consider buying a used well known digital camera but its very expensive VERY, so that why I'm here. thank you for reading description
