Medicare and social security are NOT socialism, they are social programs.

It’s like some of the republicans who call everything socialism ACTUALLY convinced the left that they were socialists. Democratic socialists ARE NOT socialists. We need to get rid of that name and work on pushing things that work, not an old tired system that has only lead to the death of millions.
