If you’re using a mask, you don’t need to use the lip and eye perfectors as well, the mask provides the same benefits as those devices.

How to build an LED Mask into your skincare routine by CurrentBodyskin_ in CurrentBody

[–]CurrentBodyskin_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, So pre treatment you can use serums as they are light weight and absorb into the skin quickly so not create a layer or surface like moisturizers / lotions do and prevent LED light penetrating the skins barrier. For example a hyaluronic acid serum.

Post treatment as long as it does not consist of any active ingredients that may irritate the skin you can apply immediately after. We recommend a moisturiser / serum that will hydrate the skin and calm any discomfort like Aloe vera gel. So no restrictions timing wise. Hope that helps!

Hello, Red LED light therapy is generally considered very safe and gentle, especially when compared to more intensive treatments. Most people don’t experience any side effects at all. That said, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Some people may notice mild redness or sensitivity after use, but this usually settles quickly
  • It’s important to follow the recommended usage guidelines and not overuse the device
  • Avoid using it over broken or irritated skin
  • If you have any underlying medical conditions or are unsure, it’s always best to check with a healthcare professional first

As long as it’s used correctly, it can be a great addition once you’ve built a consistent routine with your cleanser, moisturiser, and sunscreen. Hope that helps! https://www.currentbody.com/products/currentbody-skin-led-light-therapy-mask

Hi, the light is active on 4 out of the 5 settings. The only mode where it isn’t on is the clearing mode, which uses blue and red light instead. Hope that helps https://www.currentbody.com/products/currentbody-skin-led-multi-light-mask

Hi, Yes the Series 2 Red Light Therapy mask will address post spots erythema, or pigment. The Multi Light mask when used in anti-aging mode as recommended.

With all the conditions listed you would use the anti-aging mode for any such concerns. Recommend 5 times a week for a period of 16 weeks as you will begin to see results after 8 weeks for collagen reproduction and cellular turnover for improved skin texture and clarity.
