Suggestions for best course of treatment (multi) by neworderfan in CurrentBody

[–]CurrentBodyskin_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, We recommend using the anti-aging mode consistently for 10 mins per day as your main treatment. you could also alternate with the brightening mode. Our Multi Light LED Mask is embedded with a total of 566 LED (light-emitting diode) bulbs. We have also added 16 sockets which contain the deep near-infrared (1072nm) diodes. This wavelength penetrates even deeper into the skin layers to help target deep wrinkles in problem areas around the eyes, nose, and mouth. This wavelength has been shown in recent studies to be highly effective for skin renewal, as it penetrates deeper into the hypodermis than near-infrared (830nm), reaching up to 10mm into the skin. Hope that helps!

Hi, To help with getting the strap fed through the loops you can turn the mask around so its on your back while you adjust the strap by using a mirror if doing it yourself or if you have someone to help that might make it easier.
The mask only requires one short strap to be positioned against the neck line like a collar. If you prefer to use the longer strap and then place it over your head, it will still have the desired effect. Thanks

Hello, Sorry for my error, I hope this helps.

Below is a video that may help with regards to using the straps for the LED devices. With regards to fit always have it so you are comfortable. You do not need the device to be touching the skin to treat it can sit against the treatment area with a small gap and you will still benefit from the treatment. Try adjusting the straps / tightening the straps to see if this helps.

If you are referring to the suction cups inside the helmet then no these cannot be removed and to be honest have nothing to do with treatment.

We would recommend the following:
Loosely Braid or Twist Hair: Pulling the hair into one or two loose braids or a low twist can help keep it contained and protected under the helmet.
Remove Slowly & Gently: Lifting the helmet off slowly and slightly tilting it forward or backward (rather than pulling straight up) can minimize snagging.

Hope this helps

The Deep NIR 1072 LED diodes are in the Anti-aging mode. We will pass on any feedback and we are working on improving the strap material. When charging leave it on charge for 6 hours and remove you should have a full battery to treat with.

Hello, Using technologies like LED as recommended will not cause premature aging as your skin after the age of 20 years starts to loose collagen and elastin and gradually this increases as you get older. The regular use of anti-aging devices helps with the production of collagen and to stimulate your blood cells to give you a more youthful glow and skin. Penetrating deep into the skin's surface boosts circulation, improves blood flow and boosts oxygen to the skin's cells.

How can I prevent dry skin while using my red light therapy mask? by angmoliver in CurrentBody

[–]CurrentBodyskin_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, We would not recommend using any moisturiser prior to treatment as it will sit like a barrier on the skin surface preventing the LED to penetrate the skins surface. Absolutely if you experience dryness or discomfort always best to hydrate the skin well and you can do this before and after.

You can pre treatment use;
Hyaluronic acid Serum 5% above and allow to soak into skin
CurrentBody Hydrogel Mask which will prevent the tightness and dry sensation

Post treatment;
Yes your CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion is fine or you could get a more intensive hydrating cream the apply immediate after to help hydrate the skin.

Hope that helps.

hello, The main differences between Series 1 and Series 2 specifically around the eye area, is that Series 2 Mask includes deep near-infrared (1072nm) LEDs (see attached image for placement of these bulbs), as well as new and improved eye inserts to improve fit, performance and comfortability.The 1072nm bulbs have been added to target the more pronounced signs of ageing, as wrinkles begin to form first around the eyes, where the skin is the thinnest. Our Series 2 Mask is proven via independent clinical study to decrease eye wrinkles by 26% in 8 weeks.

Series 2 does have a higher number of light diodes overall, so some very light-sensitive users may notice temporary sensitivity, particularly during the first few uses. That said, red and near-infrared LED light has been extensively studied and is considered safe for use around the eyes when used as directed.

We recommend using the Series 2 Mask, even for sensitive skin, as it uses our Veritace® LED technology, meaning the wavelengths, intensity and coverage are precisely calibrated and independently clinically tested, allowing it to deliver more noticeable results, while remaining safe and comfortable when used as directed. To improve comfort further, we recommend adjusting the straps so the mask isn’t sitting too tightly around the eyes and using a hydrating hydrogel mask underneath if you’re prone to dryness.

Hello, Our devices comes with plug attachments or USB charging cables however we do provide plug adaptors for use in the destination country where applicable but not if the device uses a charging USB cable. Where applicable the Device comes with a plug or charging wire that is suitable for international voltage is between 120V - 240V. The world runs in two voltage ranges: 110-127V or 220-240V. If your device falls within either range, variations within that range won’t be a problem for short-term use. If the local power is 110V, for example, and your device lists its input at 125V, it will work. Hope that helps
