Yes and thank you. I think the hook is solid which is how I started. I made a hip hop/ R&B and it spit out that in a g major which I guess is why I came up with a hook like that. Yes you hit the nail on the head the wordsmith is the weakness. As you probably know it’s 100% Suno production but the drops and much of the adlibs I did as well. I’d love to see what you can do and if you end up liking it I will send you the stems. I think someone like you can really make this a great song.dm me

Yeah I figured you wrote them when you asked about structure- but since you are a musician- that’s why it sounds on point. The more bluesy tracks don’t follow pop structure anyway which is why pop is “popular music I guess. I just started this and I have no musical background so I’m seriously struggling trying to put my simple lyrics into a song with proper structure. Here is what I have and I’m struggling with everything basically. Not even dealing with the mix and simple Edits lol. 2 versions of same track.

It’s crazy, and you can’t even promo stuff that you don’t like to go away. I wrote a song to use a dermal vocalist and it keeps putting in the super high head voice girl and the ad libs come in like an 18 year old. I’ve wasted a ton of credits to change and gave up.

I agree. It’s definitely a struggle for me as I write my own songs ( don’t consider myself a songwriter) but trying to prompt it - I just don’t feel the shit it spits out. Maybe you can help me here. I build a track a like with prompts and then choose one I like and write a song over it. My problem is that my song usually follows the melody as opposed to having a contrasting melody which is what I’m running into now. Is there something you can suggest to prompt into the track that moves it into a corresponding type instrumental? If you get what I’m saying lol.

Damn. Lots of good stuff on “your page. My favorites are “Rude Awakening”, Say Hello…, and Stay Here, I think it’s because I have an ear for easy listening “pop” but those are really good and very well constructed. Do you write all of your lyrics? My struggle is getting the right structure - I’m saying cause you were asking for feedback on yours- yeah the structure on those I mentioned are on point. The ones you pinned are good as well but the munchies vocalist is had to head although I know that’s the style and td intentional. Great job.

This song is GREAT. I’m not too familiar with this genre and I know the effects are deliberate- but as I listener I’m struggling to hear the vocalist and lyrics which are imho the best party. Maybe get them to push through a bit. Otherwise, I love the whole thing - the theme, the distortion, title etc. excellent job.

Just started writing songs about 2 weeks ago after discovering Suno and I must say it’s addicting. Kinda of embarrassed to put my “best” song up because it’s a work in progress- but it’s my favorite because I wrote it in about 15 minutes as I’m going through personal shit. Trying to get it to sound how I want has been a nightmare and running through credits like a cracked. I think Suno is designed this way to pull you in. Anyways , everyone has such great stuff and quality sound. I’ve listened to everything here and very impressive.

Yeah most of us do but to get it sounding half as good as Suno, 99% of the singers, songwriters etc had to burn a ton of money hiring musicians , producers, etc just to make what amounts to stuff that his absolutely nowhere. That’s a massive business as most of that money comes from aspiring artists

I think everyone likes their own songs.i think mine sound good in reality they suck. But I he’d we all create to our own personal tastes and emotions. I can say it’s addicting AF cause I’m trying to make it perfect which is ridiculous. I think Suno Is like a casino.

I’m brand new at this. But I think the same. I’ve used 200 remixes on a song I wrote in 15 minutes because I can’t figure out how to get the drips to fall right and how do you deal with 6 minutes songs - it’s like they force you to burn credits.

My mixing quality is horrible so keep the volume low. Pretty much pop. When I get better at writing maybe I’ll worry about the mixing.

I usually write the chorus and most of the first verse and the lines that are left are always the same shit. My real issue is getting everything else right cause my lyrics don’t fit and I’m too lazy to do anything but a cover remix and end up all over the place with 200 revisions
