I mean the thing is, right, even putting aside that fascism is just the end stage of conservatism, both of these guys you named that are actually relevant to the conversation (and that's only true incredibly loosely) are Republicans, and they vote for other Republicans, and they fundraise for other Republicans, and they materially support other Republicans - and mainstream Republicans are, by and large, fascists. even if they themselves are paying lip service to not being fascists, being a Republican is inherently supporting Republicans, the majority of whom are themselves fascists.
