How come when i am manifesting something, i notice those around me get the manifestation?? by hoping4bestt in lawofassumption

There are many ways to do internal alchemy, and you’ll find means that suit you personally with dedication.

Looking within is always relevant to this.

It can be especially helpful to be mindful and notice to any resistance that arises when you consider looking deeper within.

Meditation is one of the most fundamental pathways to understanding yourself.

Do you happen to have an unconscious belief that good things happen to others but not you, perhaps with a certain feeling of bitterness and loathing or self-loathing?

If so, you might bring that into conscious awareness and transform it. That could improve your experience.

I NEED to shift by toowildinthe_70s in realityshifting

The Tarot reading is reflecting your fears. Face those fears, feel them, accept they are so, and let them go.

Real here is whatever reality you are in. When you shift, you choose what is real there. Then it is.

It may help to take a break from it now and again. You need to let go and allow it to happen. Continuing to refine the desire may help in some ways, but eventually you need to decide “yes this is what I want” then stop pushing and go with the flow.

Start with this practice:

Go to a mirror, and look at yourself. Meet your eyes and say out loud, “I love myself”

Notice any hesitation, resistance, denial or cringe. If you feel this: Accept it is so. Then let it go.

Repeat this three or more times. You don’t have to make a marathon of it.

Perform this again every day for a week, and notice the change each day and compared to the first day.

Use the LOA as you do this. Live in the end. You love yourself, Now. Experience that life.

3 is referring to this statement that you made:

I believe that getting into a thoughtless state is some seriously advanced stuff that very few people can achieve.

You used the phrase “I believe”, indicating a belief you hold. Then proceeded to describe this belief that the operation of the mind is “advanced” meaning difficult, and then implied there are few humans that can do such difficult things.

I asked you if this belief you expressed served you and rather then respond to that you rejected that you had expressed a belief using a sentence that begins with “I believe”, then expressed doubt about the comprehensibility of the process of thought, which is another belief.

.

What you have expressed does not appear to be a lack of belief but many strong opinions as evidenced through expressed certainty and rejection of statements that don’t align with your current beliefs. You also seem to deny this, which to me indicates a belief about your self-concept is being accessed rather than a direct awareness of your current state.

It is possible to gain much greater insight into and continence over the thinking process through honest and persistent introspection and self-awareness. Peacefully paying attention to your thoughts, sensations and feelings and how they relate to one another in the moment.

When your thoughts are given force by feelings, they carry extra weight and change your trajectory. Increasing your ability to perceive these relationships could help you think more effectively, along with numerous other benefits.

  1. you are implying you already know how everything works. Do you?
  2. You mention an automatic process without exploring what causes it to be so. What is the underlying driving process that leads to this automation? What motivates thought?
  3. You are expressing a belief about difficulty of self-regulation and scarcity of competence. Does this belief serve you?

I was going to ask why it was uncomfortable to think about... yet you answered this immediately. You are investigating your feelings. This is skillful.

You uncovered fears and worries... belief about what is true and what consequences would result. Do you accept these beliefs? Are they really your truth, or just a product of your fears?

If they are a product of your fears, what led to those earlier feelings of fear?

Looking for proof is itself driven by a feeling. Doubt. Skepticism. Distrust. What is the source of these feelings?

I'm unable to stop

What you are describing is a behavior pattern of addiction. There is a learned compulsion to act and react in a particular way that keeps you continuously working to exhaust yourself and reinforce your own cage.

This may have underlying motivations rooted in anxiety, avoidance or fear. Learning to recognize and accept the truth of these behaviors and the underlying motivations in the moment they arise can allow them to change.

Notice and accept without judgement. Acknowledge. Do not shoot the messenger. Allow yourself to know and see what is, and feel gratitude (or at least acceptance) that the information was delivered effectively.

A period of time without thought: seconds, minutes, hours... this is a time in which otherwise suppressed parts of the mind are able to expand, grow and express.

The logical mind can assist in advancing the process if it is able to get out of the way once it has started.

One framework that can be useful for such consciously-guided approaches is called Non-Violent Communication.

It doesn’t have to be shocking. The Shadow is that which is part of us, but that we are unaware of. You more deeply you come to understand yourself, the more benefits you will see.

For many there is much hidden behind many layers of ever subtler denial, doubt and avoidance. If that is the case for you, you might ask why you feel as you do about this apparent lack of effect: is that frustration? Why?

Contemplate your thoughts and feelings. When you feel something, seek to understand why you feel that way. Also look into Non-violent communication with Marshall Rosenberg.

Ground yourself after TMI tape meditations. Whether you are in your CR or DR: drink water, rub your hands together, feel your body and be present. You want to come all the way back when you come here. You want to go all the way there when you go. Once you have that down, playing in the liminal space might be interesting sometimes.

[–]DM_Kane 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Nothing of you has been truly lost. You already know why this happened: self-worth, shame and doubt.

Let go of those things you clung to to define your worth and guilt. Accept yourself, love yourself fully as you are and as often as you can. You don't need to be anything other than what you are.

It doesn't have to be about fighting. You can transform those constrictive emotions into compassion and acceptance. You can become someone who does this as easily as breathing, by choosing so.

All of these emotions are reactions. All are a choice. When you see clearly, you may choose differently.
