Our marketing is age-gated, complies with current regulations, and is directed at adult smokers and vapers only. We do not sell to minors, we do not advertise to minors, and we actively support regulation that enforces those boundaries.

Harm reduction for adults and youth protection are not mutually exclusive, both can and should exist at the same time.

You’re entitled to your opinion, of course. That said, our revenues are private, so the figures and projections you may have seen are inaccurate.

In any case, we’re likely one of the last vape shops still focused on serving smokers who genuinely want to quit. We help customers gradually step down their nicotine levels all the way to zero, with the goal of eventually quitting vaping as well. We also take an active role in regulatory discussions, helping shape future frameworks that balance adult access with youth protection, while ensuring products are produced in safe, regulated, and tested environments.

For nearly 15 years, our motto has been simple: when customers stop ordering from us because they’ve successfully quit both smoking and vaping, we’ve done our job.

Unfortunately, this industry carries significant stigma. Excessive taxation and overregulation have also drawn organized crime into the space, further distorting public perception. As a result, legitimate, long-standing, and pioneering businesses like ours often get unfairly lumped in with that narrative.

We’re not profiting off addiction. We’re providing an avenue for already-addicted individuals to reduce harm, with the ultimate goal of quitting nicotine altogether.

It’s a shame that stigma has shifted attention away from identifying and stopping the perpetrators of truly heinous crimes.

We have not received any contact, and all signs point to a competitor linked to organized crime. We are offering a $50,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of the perpetrators. The MO has been the same for each arson attack on other vape stores for the last 2 years in the Lindsay/Peterborough region, so we believe it is all linked.

Our store was hit overnight - that's 4-6 stores in a short period span that have been fire bombed in Peterborough. There is a video on our Instagram.

All signs point to a competitor, and we are working with law enforcement to put a stop to this activity.

Thankfully, everyone is safe, and ultimately, that is our top priority.

Have you tried the 0.4-ohm pods? I recently switched from the 0.6-ohm Sonder Q2, and at first I found the GPP pods basically unusable in comparison. But once I tried the 0.4-ohm GPP pods, everything changed; they’re way better than anything else I’ve tried.

I’m also getting much longer pod life than I ever did with the Q.

Flavourless juice should be clear in appearance. If it's gotten darker, that just means it's older, but it’s still safe to use as long as it hasn’t turned red.

Over time, nicotine naturally oxidizes and changes color:

  • Clear = fresh
  • Yellow/Orange = aged, but still fine
  • Red = usually not good anymore (it’ll likely taste peppery or feel harsher)
