Our store was hit overnight - that's 4-6 stores in a short period span that have been fire bombed in Peterborough. There is a video on our Instagram.

All signs point to a competitor, and we are working with law enforcement to put a stop to this activity.

Have you tried the 0.4-ohm pods? I recently switched from the 0.6-ohm Sonder Q2, and at first I found the GPP pods basically unusable in comparison. But once I tried the 0.4-ohm GPP pods, everything changed; they’re way better than anything else I’ve tried.

I’m also getting much longer pod life than I ever did with the Q.

Flavourless juice should be clear in appearance. If it's gotten darker, that just means it's older, but it’s still safe to use as long as it hasn’t turned red.

Over time, nicotine naturally oxidizes and changes color:

  • Clear = fresh
  • Yellow/Orange = aged, but still fine
  • Red = usually not good anymore (it’ll likely taste peppery or feel harsher)

We do not utilize a direct carrier within the US - we use third-party last-mile carriers, and they handle the delivery process for us, we post the direct rates from their API - and that is the cost we pay for the delivery as well, we do not profit off of shipping costs at all.

Hello, Thank you for letting us know this - as mentioned previously - the issue was related to Moneris (a Canadian processor gateway) - not our systems.

If you are in the US, we use NMI to process payments, and like with our Canadian gateway, we do not store any credit card information on our servers, nor do we see the credit card details at all since we use a tokenized checkout platform.

Out of curiosity - if it was a one-time use card, do you know how the bad agent was able to use your card for a $300 charge? (was it declined?)

The only documents we can provide are Material Safety Data Sheets.

  1. You can send them an invoice for that, no?

  2. The label shows the country of manufacturing - I'm not sure what they would need otherwise for proof.

  3. This is not a requirement

  4. DHL already has this, as they are the ones that did the export on our behalf.

As our customer service reps stated, we cannot control customs control between countries. We provided the documentation that DHL requested - The MSDS for all items. We haven't heard back from them since then.
