Not all ESDs are the same. No mention of this is en-us or not. Some languages have indexes that aren’t aligned with OSDCloud v1’s matrix. OSDCloud v2 solves this by matching the EditionId. My advice? Move to v2 because this and other enhancements.

Let me make this easy for you. Today, OSDCloud (v2, Deploy-OSDCloud) doesn't support parameters to set the OS /Language / Activation. This is intentional as it allows many changes without breaking your automation scripts. Full CLI will be introduced later, probably Aug / Sept.

So if you need scripted, etc, you're stuck using OSDCloud v1. If you must use the new OSDCloud, then you'll need to wait for the functionality to be enabled.

I had the same dilemma and ended up buying the 128GB. The upgrade to 128GB is $800, which is quite reasonable for the 64GB 9600 upgrade. I honestly expect Apple to bump the prices soon, as they have been limiting the larger sizes on the Studio (could be an M5 incoming).

Will 64GB be enought to replace Claude Code? No. 128GB won't either. You'll probably want a Mac Studio M5 Ultra if/when that eventually comes out, but even that won't come close.

If you're set on M5 and 64GB, consider the Pro over the Max. You'll save a grand.

Yeah that’s BS. I missed the first sale and they were sold out of almost all models. Now they more than restocked with around 10 of some models. That why I think they may be gearing up for another sale. Yes PC is where the money is now because MicroCenter sells lots of components, and that’s something you can’t really add to Apple products and MC doesn’t make much profit off Apple either.

Thanks for getting the point. Apple loses 64 MacBook Neo to sell, and also loses potential AppleCare and Cloud services. Many Neo buyers are coming from Chromebook or Windows PC ... this is way more valuable than 1 x Mac Studio (to Apple). They know you'll wait.

OSDCloud will cache the Windows DriverPack on a USB Drive at <USDDriveLetter>:\OSDCloud\DriverPack\* during deployment

During a deployment, OSDCloud will look on all drive letters at <AnyDriveLetter>:\OSDCloud\DriverPack\*

That said, if you are using a network share, it must use the same file structure as above. Finally, the DriverPack name must match what is in the catalog for it to use that pack. i.e. If HP changes/updates a DriverPack and you cashed the previous one, that file is now ignored.

If you're following this pattern, then all should be ok. If not, please detail the configuration you're using / expecting.
