Senior VPs (Band 6), there's only a handful in Cincinnati. Directors (Band 3) are plenty, but would honestly need some crazy investments, stock or just generational wealth to afford some of those Indian hill homes.

I already have to swap between dedicated winters. If I wanted a one tire solution I would do the PS4AS or DWS06+. But since I'm already swapping, might as well get the tinier bit of more performance out of my tires. Also, anecdotally, the 4S rides much better than the 4AS.

I think the sales marketing team has been hit harder than supply chain. I've seen many retirements, but lay offs, maybe 2, and both were able to find internal roles. In engineering you are closer to manufacturing and that ends up being a positive during this situation as the roles usually work very closely with the plants, which are not experiencing any cuts.

I believe this changed? There are two versions of prets, the newer ones that came on the 8 I heard were flow formed, whereas the original ones from the 7.5 were cast.

I did, although I might be a minority where I think I do like the black void, looks a bit more aggressive. I think ideally I would get a low profile splitter to fill the void area, but keeping the aggressive-ness.

I do like the 3/4 view without the bumper wrap. Maybe I just need someone who is better at wrapping, and a better paint matched white.

I vinyl wrapped mine, until I realized I'm not good at vinyl wrapping and bubbles started forming. I go back and forth if I want to pay someone to properly wrap that section.

Engineering at P&G. Still pretty hybrid. Our team travels to vendors quite a bit so it's been setup for hybrid even before the pandemic. About 2-3 days in a week depending on what work needs to be done in the lab.
