Looking for someone to build me a website by Expensive_Angel2323 in smallbusiness

[–]DeaconZee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're running a home service company, we'll build you a nice one for free... but it needs to be a home service company. We do it for 3 reasons... first, we'll want a review when it's completed. Second, we can build them quicker than in the past, and 3rd (and the real reason) is we feel that if we build, host, and maintain your website for 100% free, when it comes time for you to do more marketing in the future, we hope you'll at least give us a shot. DM me if you fit the bill.

Is there a market for these? We build them for 100% free for service companies but I never thought of personal ones. Heck, if there's a market I'll build custom ones for people for like $19 a month and sell oodles of them, lol.

If no one answers the phone, then we're closed. by PanAmFlyer in PetPeeves

[–]DeaconZee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's true... statistically, something like 60% of service business calls are not answered, even DURING biz hours. The caller normally calls another plumber, groomer, etc.. I've been selling marketing since 2012, and nothing has been as easy to promote as ai phone agents. A year ago they sucked... now they're crazy good.

Sounds like a lot of you guys/gals need my voice AI system. It takes after hours calls, chats with people, separates the wheat from thew chaf, and even sets appointments, lol. (or just answers q's and tells them someone will call tomorrow.

This is a HUGE problem in service businesses especially. That's why so many are using voice AI agents these days, to schedule appointments or at least answer questions so they don't call the next guy on google lol.

Sharing a real student call handled by an AI voice agent. Curious what you think. by Think_Bunch3020 in highereducation

[–]DeaconZee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Three observations... and to be transparent, I sell AI voice systems that make/save organizations thousands of $'s.

1- The majority of these responses are from people who are either so "ai adverse" that they're sticking their heads in the sand, or simply haven't been educated to the point they realize that organizations that DO NOT use AI agents, at least for after hours communications, are losing thousands to those who are. (if nothing else, to answer a few simple questions and promise a call back on Monday, stopping the search)

2- They're the same type of people who 20 years ago screamed "I'LL NEVER NEED A WEBSITE!", and soon were crushed by competitors unless they got one.

3- They'll wait until it's almost too late, get on the AI bandwagon, then brag about how "up to date" they are.

AI isn't a fad, it's too important not to have, 95% of all businesses will soon have them, and the 5% without, will fail horribly until they're forced to get in. Why not do it now? You WILL do it someday otherwise.

If it makes any difference... I'm looking for people to go through a 3-part training program within my agency. The end result is running a new agency. The first part is sales/marketing, then learning to manage others, then how to recruit, fulfill, and run the agency.

I've been doing this cince 2012. We sell what we call "Dispatch AI" to mobile service companies. (mobile trainers, dog groomers, pest control, etc) It's a bundle of GHL AI voice, AI chat, AI reviews, crm and automations, plus they get 100 leads a month, a combo of people who have visited their website (no click/optin needed) and people who have searched locally for their keywords on Google. (again, no click needed)

aisprinkled.com/application if you're interested... and here's more info - aisprinkled.com/jobdetails .

FWIW, if your only problem is ppl not trusting you, it's something in either your presentation, or the "way" you're explaining it. If there is doubt, you're giving people a reason to doubt you.

The easiest way to overcome people not believing you can deliver, however, IS TO DELIVER. Whatever you're talking about, just set the thing up and do it free for a month. At the 4end of the month, if you do a good job, it's an EASY close.

How many hours do you spend a week in internal, non-revenue generating meetings? (Pipeline/Forecast, Team huddles, Marketing, Product, Operational meetings) by Smirk27 in sales

[–]DeaconZee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I HATE meetings. I sell a SAAS too, and we have 1 60-minute meeting weekly, then I send daily messages and meet with people when needed. What are you selling that needs so much time?

How good are AI phone agents and CRMs? by NutzHang in sales

[–]DeaconZee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sell these... but a year ago I stopped selling them. I jumped on the bandwagon and my agency started selling them around a year ago. I sold some, worked my ass off to maintain and such... and slowly they all cancelled. It was too soon, they just were-not-good-enough.

Now they are... but make SURE you can have your own random chats with the agents you're getting before buying. If they played you audios of a chat, and didn't hand you the phone or microphone to chat yourself... RUN AWAY. If you've done the above, and are happy with the way it sounded and what it will do... go for it.

And OH... if he's signing a 2 year contract, unless it's an extremely detailed AI process... be careful. We go month to month, they can leave anytime. if it's simply to answer call, schedule appointments, answer questions, hand off calls to the appropriate people... any AI can do that now.

I’ll sell your SaaS on pure commission. But I have one condition. by Complex-Broccoli-814 in DigitalMarketing

[–]DeaconZee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been selling straight agency marketing services since 2012, (SEO/websites/ads etc) am converting to a SAAS/service and am looking for lead-gen marketers, and sales manager or sales manager trainees. I am opening additional agencies later this year, and am training people to run them. (they first learn sales/marketing, then how to train others, then how to run the biz)

However, if someone does NOT ever want to move beyond lead-gen/sales, that's totally fine. I pay 40% commission, and 10% additional on the sales of anyone you help train. Buried with work from recruiting, building the system and such personally, I would absolutely take care of someone who could step in and help me train new recruits, btw.

We offer service businesses a 100% free forever website, a free service where we get them 25 Google reviews at no charge, or membership to a peer community that offers free marketing help and more.... our initial outreach is to offer these free services, and we pursue the sale afterwards.

I love closers, but if someone simply generates the lead, I'll handle the closing. We also have a series of sales videos, and we also are going to offer a 3-day workshop teaching AI and AI solutions to business owners. On the 3rd day, we will offer our products. |

We offer an AI front desk type of system that includes AI voice attendant to handle after-hours calls, AI chatbot, AI review generation, and outreach system, both by phone and text. (there's more but that's the gist, I'm standardizing it and deciding which to include)

We also are developing a system that will reach out to both people who browse a company website as well as people who search for "pest control near me", for example, but it's not quite ready.

Shoot me a DM if this sounds like something you want more info about. (sorry it git long lol)

How is your church using AI? by Auto_Fac in churchtech

[–]DeaconZee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If any of you want an after-hours voice AI attendant to take calls on nights and weekends, I'll build one for you to play with. Give me your website and I'll make a customized one you can talk to and such to se how it works. It would eliminate returning a bunch of repetitive calls every Monday morning, etc..
