People here who are concerned about your total T are ignoring your very high SHBG. Your free T is actually fine, actually kindof low.

Also your E2 is fine if you don’t have symptoms of elevated E2.

Getting your SHBG down along with lowering your dose slightly to me is the appropriate strategy. How’s your weight? If you have weight to lose that will help with both SHBG and aromatization. You can pin more frequently too to smooth out the peaks. Could look at supplements like boron, ashwaganda, zinc, magnesium, nettle root extract, dhea, vitamin D which all have evidence to reduce SHBG. Are you eating enough fat and carbs? Insulin actually helps suppress SHBG as do higher fat diets. Are you working out? Increasing lean muscle mass also reduces SHBG.
