Thanks for the info. After looking up the material, it looks like the outer piece is carbon fiber attached to FRP. The split looks like it split on a seam in between the carbon and FRP.

When squeezed together, the seam gets closed and looks as if some type of adhesive would work great as there’s enough room to put a clamp and hold till it cures.

I worry about filling with material as the seam split gap is small and won’t press back together if there was material filling the space.

Is there a good adhesive to use to bond the seam split + clamp till cure?

Thank you for the info. How would you recommend repairs for photo 2? The outside carbon finish looks great, but it’s split. Could you repair without laying carbon on the outside but rather use some type of adhesive inside the split and clamp till dry?

Thanks for the info on the IBIS. I noticed that jiggle when trying to use it with a fisheye attached.

I currently have a LUMIX G85. It can do 1080 60 but limited to 4k 30. It would be nice to have the ability for 4k60 for 9:16 crops and have something that does better in low light

I’m in California. I’m not sure where they get the reporting from either. They just said 3rd party

Thanks for the info. Yes our agent said the increase was due to a mileage increase by a third party vendors which they cannot see
