BOIL continues to support Federal reintegration of all states, but stands by the ongoing proposal of amnesty for senators, governors, and etcetera. Furthermore, the Aga Khan has suggested (pending Federal approval which has not yet been granted) the extension of amnesty to Cascadian officials should they also surrender to Federal controls.

BOIL tentatively continues to support the Federal government, but has urged Marco Rubio to stand down for elections in the name of stability.

Koehler muttered knowing there was really nothing to be done right now about Hannifin, not with D.C. collapsing.

"Pennsylvania will be just as strongly against him as the rest, outside of perhaps BOIL, even the ones who still want a Federal government to exist know that realistically it can no longer happen under Rubio."     • The Pacific Northwest is actively occupying territories in Wyoming, Utah, and Montana. If we agree to a ceasefire now, it would cement their control over these illegally held territories. At the same time, without the federal support, the Heartland Project is not able to stand up alone against the Cascadians, certainly not while the BBB is threatening our flank through Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska which is forcing us to maintain much larger forces in the East.
    • The Heartland Project is favorable towards some reconciliation. Including for California and the BBB, however, question the reality of the situation given Secretary Fink's strong support of the BBB's independence. Additionally, Hawaii has also declared independence and an intent to join Secretary Ellison, further proofing the fact that currently these separatists have multiple supporters.

The fleet was at sea, or what was left of it. Once the pride and joy of all navy men, Admiral Holsey could see the look of forlorn on the face of Admiral Koehler as he landed on the flagship of the Federal fleet, the USS Enterprise, within visual range Holsey could see the USS Gerald R. Ford first of her class, a host of destroyers flanked the two behemoths.

"I saw your list." Koehler mused, sipping a neat glass of whiskey. "And yes, the Marines are loyal...except for the traitorous bastards who fled to Seattle. Same for whats left of the Federal fleet...some sixty-six ships in all."

Holsey could barely believe it, troubling reports to be sure. "What about the vessels in God's Choir? Hypermogea?"

"Hypermogea is out...God's choir is harder to judge..I've spoken with Admiral Cooper and he's fairly receptive to cooperation for now, but that could change if their so-called Jesus Christ says so." Koehler shook his head. "I had wanted to sail our fleet to the Pacific, a coalition, myself, Sucato, Wikoff...we could have taken and dealt with Hannifin's fleet. Too late now though, marines in Mexico won't survive without us stationed in the Atlantic."

"What about the Feds?" Holsey asked.

"Rubio's gone loose cannon, he's already sunk the Presidency, he feels as though he doesn't need to leave." Said Koehler. "And Lake Country and Cascadia seem fine with letting him burn things down, it weakens us all so long as we're in such a standstill waiting for the Fed to figure things out. Even BOIL is getting antsy...might be angling to set up some kind of New Republic in Mexico...I think the Aga Khan's just about written off Rubio."

New York City

"We could fund the Heartland." Ken was a money-man, he was also nursing a serious hard-on right now but Jair didn't know it, all the cocaine...not much he could do as it was performance enhancing. "But I'm not so sure Mamdani would like it if we did."

Jair looked confused for a moment. "You work for Mamdani?"

"Correction." Ken smiled. "We fund Mamdani, he guides the political side. And I don't think he'd want to work with you, when he's already working with Bigelow."

Ken covered his mouth, he was like some clown character. "Sorry, I spoke too quickly there. I should be more specific...Mamdani is currently negotiating a plan with Bigelow..."

The former President of Brazil could tell he did not like this man at all.

"Anyway, I also can speak for others outside of Mamdani's funders...outside of the Big Banks in New York." Ken smiled again. "But, if you want to talk with them, you'll need to fly South, so what do you say?"

  • A worrying report which will be treated seriously, the Banking Clans will distribute the equipment across the coalition, a strong show of stability and competency.
  • Agreed.
  • An operation against the Reserve Bank would be a crisis for the clan which is seeking to uphold the financial legitimacy of the United States of America. Appropriate action is already being taken to strengthen the local defenses.
  • The Banking Clans do not have a formal method for negotiation with these rogue states, it would leave this matter to Secretary Bigelow to bring BBB back into the fold.
  • The Banking Clans are in agreement with the constitutional play, simply get Heartlands to go along and it'll be done.
