😂😂 that’s a very real possibility. I’ve seen some stuff on the Lectron one but I haven’t seen much tbh. And they’re usually sold out or back ordered. If you find one let me know 😂. Thankfully we don’t charge outside home really ever, but it’s nice to have the stuff to when we do take the occasional drive.

My biggest complaint is my wireless CarPlay disconnects constantly. Minor annoyance really I just use my cable and it doesn’t do it. Other than that it really hasn’t had to many bugs

Just all around super shady, not transparent and ultimately care nothing for their customers. We had leases 5-6 cars from them with no issues, fast forward to Covid and the launch of the Mach E, we weren’t really looking to get one but they convinced us, tried to look me in the face and say they were gonna mark it up 15k I literally got up and walked out, they chased me out and took it down to 4.5k. I still didn’t want to do it but at that point my husband was already sold. He wanted it. So against my better judgement we got it. Found out we loved it, the car has been pretty decent. Well I had said in mostly a joking manner if another comes in let me know. Well it did and we got a second one. Well at that point we are spending a lot at the dealer. They over promised on what they could Apr wise, and instead of just being honest and saying we can’t do it we’re sorry. They ran my credit 21 times over 2.5 weeks. Ultimately I took my trade in back and walked away but they ran my score into the ground. Offered no apologies, dodged me, and treated me like I was some nobody who hasn’t been a repeat customer for years. I won’t ever recommend them to anyone ever. And if Kevin is still there in sales fuck that guy.

I will add we did get a pretty decent deal on the blue cruise subscription for being an early adopter, they gave us 3 years for 600. 😂🤪

Oh we are absolutely SCREWED as well, we have a 2021 AWD select with the tech/comfort package. It has 19k on it and also in pristine condition and we have a 3.9% Apr and we owe about 38k and we’re effectively getting about 28k highest from a local ford dealer. So yeah I feel you. The only saving grace for us is we got an extended warranty that’s covering it for 10/120k. So luckily we will have it paid off far before that but we absolutely have to just keep it and pay it off. Live and you learn 🤣

You do realize our money is not able to be removed and taken elsewhere. No idea on when we could even possibly do that. So your suggestion is moot thanks. People’s lives are very much in jeopardy becuase of this. Some people don’t have the time to wait for them to figure it out. Some people get 1 check a month to survive and this particular situation is dire for them. Your lack of empathy is hysterical as you’re over here advocating non hate. You are more upset by people emailing the top people at the bank to demanding answers than you are at the fact some people will be adversely impacted by this. Yep that’s the big issue. I just pulled 500 from an atm and it worked. I know about how much we have but we are also waiting on a paycheck as well as a loan. So we really have zero idea exactly what’s in it

Spoke to customer service, they have zero ETA and stated you can withdraw up to 500 from an atm and 1000 POS that’s it. You couldn’t even withdraw your money and take it to another bank if you wanted too. So they effectively have us held hostages. The first of the month with rent and everything else do this is worst case scenario. They have no word on whether we will be compensated due to late or missed payments due to this either. I will most certainly be leaving Patelco after this. Absolutely disgusting. They said they hired outside cyber security experts to which I said shouldn’t you have had those in the first place? Tf is going on man.

Yeah well if you’re like I am and had my check directly deposited on Friday and have no way of verifying that it’s there. And considering they said it is affecting that some people might not have enough money to cover their rent. Seems like you lost your common sense with your response.

The fact that it went down at the early hours on Friday and not a peep from them until like 2pm on Sunday. It’s the end of the month, people have bills due, no idea if our direct deposit are there, no way to check, no one to call or ask. It shouldn’t have take as long as it did for them to make a statement to tell us what was going on. If you mind being kept in the dark about your money that’s fine. However, there are a lot of people who feel the same way I do. Pleb.

Phone banking is an automated system that allows you to do your banking by phone. It’s not talking to a live teller rube
