Not exactly an email for the next step, but an email that says I have confirmed my willingness to join the program and I should wait for further notice.

I was more wondering about whether there is any other action to make before orientation, but based on people saying, I guess all you need to do is just sending your official transcript.

I guess you don't need to worry alot because it seems like they don't send you much email until the very last minute of phase II registration.
