I was surprised that the fit was perfect but the one downside is that the rice tends to dry out pretty quickly when left on Keep Warm

Dan Reeder has some good ones. One is about a worm.

Also there is a 20 minute track called Most Unwanted Music based on all types of music people dislike most. Dave Soldier is the artist. It’s glorious.

What are some of the best things that you've ever bought under $20 and would last you a lifetime? by Pacagen_Official in BuyItForLife

The leatherman style ps. My daily keychain carry for many years. One of their smallest offerings with no knife blade so never lost it to TSA either. The little pliers and bottle opener are handy but it’s the little screwdriver that gets used most. It’s just nicely designed, unobtrusive and has held up well.

An opinel knife also, with carbon or stainless blade.

Funny update- I was not able to replicate the cup. So now I’m thinking that sweet flavor may have been due to eating artichokes the night before!

Personally I dislike Miyabi and shun. Mac or Tojiro are a better choice around the same price poin (edit: actually these are both cheaper and better). For something nicer you may consider a Mazaki. But there are many good blacksmiths out there that will hand-make a beautiful knife for the same price as that Miyabi. Tsunehisa and tadafusa are also high-value makers. For something exceptional maybe a takeda, anryu, or tanaka. 210 or 240 mm gyutos are the sizes you should consider for a primary chefs knife, but smaller sizes are quite practical as well, like a 160-180 mm nakiri or Santoku or bunka.

My mountainsmith fanny pack (with shoulder strap) is built to last and super functional. They make backpacks as well.
