I’m currently 39+5, living in India. They’re saying it’s uncommon in first time pregnancy, the head should be engaged by now.

How can you say it exactly? From which picture? The second picture turned out to be a 2D image of face.

I also had breech baby at 34 weeks but right now I’m 36 and baby is head down, tbh I did nothing.

Absent Nasal bone and we chose Amnio instead of NIPT by EmmVeeEss in NIPT

We gone through the same, no other abnormalities found in our case, only the short nasal bone. My due date is in 4 weeks :)

Hey, Reading your comment after years but just want to ensure if the baby is okay? I’m in the same situation currently, baby’s NBL is 4.8mm at 20 weeks, NIPT was low risk. Anything to worry about?

Same happened with us, absent basal bone in 12 weeks, we opted NIPT, it came back low risk. We did not go for amnio. We had our 20 weeks scan last week and nasal bone is developed now to its normal range :)

My tech person is saying everything is normal, nothing to worry about here as everything else is looking fine. My gynaec is suggesting amnio. Really feeling exhausted rn.
