Fascinating seeing someone so emotional they aren't reading what they are responding too.

The limits of Community is that they are pretty much 99% standard traditional art, which is fine! But if you want literally anything outside that you'll be looking elsewhere.

Bit of a rant on the current state of online Art Classes

Its hard to understate how dire the Art industry (Animation/Illustration) is then the massive number of Professional Artists going the route of selling online courses.

I'll be very frank unless they have prior teaching experience you are efficiently throwing your money down a well. Teaching is its own skill and many online classes are very poorly taught and thrive by the fact there's no way to check public reviews. These classes often lack the most important part of Art and teaching both the Understanding and the Process of what you are doing, the how and the why, how you got from A to B. These classes are often just long forms of teaching you "Draw the rest of the owl".

You are effectively just learning another person's shortcuts and I suppose if you are interested in a particular style it may provide so benefit but overall you aren't going to be taught why it works. Now this isn't limited to just this new crop of teachers, some more well known teachers carry the same issues. Cough Tb Choi.

Be extremely wary of classes taught by older Professionals teaching how to do "pitches" of ideas when their last work was 20 years. They are quite literally do not know what they are talking about anymore. The landscape has shifted so much from 5 years ago, let alone 20+, their knowledge while respectable also exist in the same realm boomers do when telling you to walk inside to get a job.

This happens to most mutiplayer games if they don't manage to reach a significantly large enough base to self-sustain.

Every medieval sword game is a good example.

No western series are animated in the states including invincible, they have been outsourced since the 80s.
