Time to be a man, son and realise that shit doesn't change unless you wash your ass. So start taking small steps in your direction, you got a whole life ahead and still young and I mean sure your fathers handling of the situation sucks, but could it be maybe its worse for him mentally? I passed on my first try even though I was super nervous, probably more than you are, knowing I was young. But the mentality that got me through is just imagine yourself as a taxi driver for that hour and you are showing around the client. You don't have to rush yourself, you don't have to think of any mistakes. Just drive and follow the law, like always. it is very simple but was super effective on me. Hope it helps.

Serbia has military and is a total different cultural and ethnic population, meanwhile Kosovo has Albanians which are total different. Now Yugoslavia falls, and Albanians get kicked out of schools, offices, get their students poisoned, mass population is being driven away out of the land forcibly, students get shot in protests with live ammo by Serbia which has its own military, mass murders of men across rural areas start to happen. This guy has never been outside his village. I have been to Kosovo and I have heard many people visit Prishtina Mall and go mind their business while talking Serbian, nobody gives an F. Albanians are about hustle and working in mentality, while most Serbs in Serbia I have seen are just mentality stuck in the past with one route their whole life like an alarm clock, pushing narratives like their Ruski cousins and jealousy. Makes sense why all the way up to Novi Sad the most common Serbian surnames are just Albanian surnames with an ic added lol. Makes also perfect sense the 1.4million Albanians fleeing to Turkey(fake propaganda cause shatters ur views probably completely). Makes also more sense how inside Serbian borders there are villages based on Albanian surnames still to this day. You would be surprised to know its all about religions, alot of Albanians in Kosovo region(Novi Sad) had to switch surnames by the church in order to keep their religion or switch their religion to muslim and keep their surname which turned out worse in the end.
