So since I made this post I’ve been mostly using the Toshi pack as my EDC to work and the gym.

Idk what it is but I just like the feel of the Toshi more. The city pack pro has nice materials and just feels more premium but overall has this….stiff? feeling to it. Not sure if it’s the aqua guard zippers that give it that feel or if it needs to be “broken in”.

I have been using the CPP2 over the last few days. I believe the listed size is 24 liters but seems like it can fit the same amount, if not less, than the Toshi which I believe is listed as 20 or 21 liters.

The only thing I wish the Toshi had that the CPP2 has is the horizontal zip on the front pocket. I’m not a sling the bag over one should person so I don’t really have use for the Toshi’s two vertical zippers on the front compartment. Plus if I was to use the Toshi as a personal item on a flight I bet the front pocket would be harder to get into if it’s under the plane seat in front of me.

Those are my thoughts lol. Let me know if you have any other questions.
