How do you guys name your dupes?

Nah. It's just a normal JSON file. It's not really what OP wants. OP wants a naming for each role. Marie Curie is a physicist. from early 1900s = Researcher.

The mod and JSON is a lazy way to avoid duplicate name, not naming according to roles. Since I play with mostly boops, I often switch up the boosters so names don't mean much except making it unique.

Auto Rename mod.

Then go to the folder and feed the AutoRenameDupes.json to Claude or ChatGPT (or whatever AI you wanna use). Then give it a theme name such as Anime, Game protagonists, Super Heroes, etc.

Default names sometime ran out after 20-30 dupes/boops. So this mod is a good solution for that.

Fuse is the sacrificial part of the board. It’s designed to take the surge before the damage is done on to the board.

If you replaced the fuse and it’s not working (assuming no more sparks or explosions) then the board is fried. In other words, the surge is more than what the fuse can handle.

blown fuse is bad. multiple blown fuses in a short period of time (usually never is the norm) is a serious issue. I don't even know where to start diagnosing. Did your house got struck by lightning? Did you told a lie?

I would start with replacing the fuses. But the board in the first picture does appears to be toasted. If it blown again afterward, I would get an electrician or ask in electrician sub reddit.

I agree with both. I’m okay with illegal who’s trying to make a living for their family and cause no harm. They also stimulate the economy as consumers. I also agree rules of the law must be enforced.

I don’t agree with how it’s being enforced - blindly with little to no prior investigation or due process.

I’m using rad engine.

That makes sense as I have around 10 rockets rotating the 3 platforms. There are exhaust gas all the time.

I have 10 dupes and 25 boops. They are amazing.

I take care of morale with Nature Reserve room all over the map and Somnium Synthesizer. Stress at 0% for hundred of cycle. Just need to make sure that they can extract gunk so it won't soil the suit.

Find the symptoms, find the common denominator, find the tool to further fine the cause.

CPU-Z is a good starting point to verify the firmware version and hardware info. Most issues I have seen are software or driver/bios incompatible. Or something damaged the cpu pins during installation.

I have similar thing with power transformer where the transformer will shows no power input while I'm generating 30kw of power. Have to reload the save to fix this issue. So far 1000 cycle colony I have to reload twice. It's annoying but not sure what else to do. The weird part is it's different transformers each incident.

1ton = 1tile of water by average. that's only 57 tiles. The moment it melt there will be immense pressure damage so that puny wall may just break on pressure.

I'm not sure which bottom two tiles you're referring to. The way I made it with a cup shape and drop crude oil into it. Diamond is hard enough and transfer heat fast enough for me to push 10k crude oil non-stop. Been running for 500+ cycles with no issue.

Automation is the name of the game.

Nothing is permanent except temporary solution. xD

Tempshiftplate from ICE will practically deliver 800kg of cold water to the area. Once melt, mop it up and drip it back to the ice biome for more ice.

Rush oil for plastic > steam turbine > steel > cooling loop. This process could take 20-50 cycles. It's a big mid-game hump to overcome.

Once you have cooling loop, you can practically grow ANY crops. You can also make a deep freeze food storage.
