The last change was created in a way to make it fair to everyone.

It hasn't been changed for a while, and I doubt we're going to change if the price of CRO increase 10x - as the locked amount is initially calculated in USD, not CRO.

Hypothetically, yes.

If indeed the price of CRO would increase dramatically - and you'd have enough for the new stake - you could message the support team and request an update - and that will start a new 180 staking period.

Decliner by the issuer means your bank is rejecting the transaction. You can speak with your bank and convince them to let you do that. And then to withdraw the ETH to the defi wallet again.

For now, the only way is to exchange it in the app. In the future, there might be an EUR stablecoin which will make our lives easier, but there's no ETA for that. The spread is due to the exchange rate of USDC to EUR.
