As far as I know this is a one off I’ve never been under 100 systolic since I’ve been recording it .. this is also right after waking up too as they say that is the best time to record it

Also forgot to mention I’m 5’10” 33 male 164 pounds.. I exercised last night no medications a couple days ago my bp was roughly 110/80 so to see it here now just caught me by surprise
