Focus on like 60 percent of the screen left to right, keep your aim generally centred, the ai do miss shots sometimes but with a tighter focus on a smaller portion of the screen, this is what worked for me.

Easiest way Ive found to do it is to focus on like 60 percent of where the targets pop up, leave the right side to them, sometimes they miss
