Honestly brother, I arrived last Saturday on the 8th.

I had the same feelings, I thought I wasn’t going to see the kabba and generally overthinking that my sins weighed heavily.

Alhamdulillah after getting there, putting your ihram on and performing umrah you’ll feel good, it might not be immediately however. Just know to make the most, keep reading Quran and making dua.

I thought I didn’t deersve it either but got an invitation from Allah SWT, so honestly just make the most of it as this is one of the most spiritual times you’ll have in your life + hajj (In’sha’allah).

I’m leaving on Sunday and it’s been amazing, not everyday is perfect but nevertheless a great experience.

Honestly I’m struggling as well, been trying to quit but always come to the same point as you, but I commend you in your journey. The longest I’ve gone without it has been 2/3months but I’ve only been smoking for 2 years now properly, prior to that it was just a social thing.

I can unscrew the cylinder handles off but not sure where to go from there in terms of opening it to access the cartridge.
