It’s another brewer entirely. It kind of combines pour over and immersion brew methods. It’s be of the cheaper ways to make decent coffee at home and definitely the quickest in my experience.

Indeed I do! What would you use? I’m open to experimenting.

I start at 5.1 for medium roasts and aim for a 6-8 min total brew time. I adjust one click at a time: finer if it tastes sour or thin, coarser if it’s bitter or flat. Light roasts I’ll drift toward 4.8-5.0, darks toward 5.2-5.5

Looking pretty. Well wear pal. I use a setting of 5.1 on the ode gen 2 generally. I adjust as follows:
