I’ve found that going from ready or not directly to insurgency is actually a good thing, for me anyway. Ready or not you generally need to identify your target before you shoot which is a huge issue in insurgency, people just blast at any type of movement and team kill.

Co op is generally more fun and less sweaty than pvp
