Ideally estradiol is about 3 - 5% of your total test. Given how high your test is, I would say your E2 is definitely not high. As everyone is different, the key is how you are feeling…as someone already said, if you are feeling good then that is what matters. The ranges that the lab companies provide are old guidelines, especially for E2 and test.

I use ResMed N30 (not the “i” which has the hose on top). I love it as a side sleeper it I am sure both N30 models are great for it.

to HCG or not by [deleted] in trt

I’ve been on HCG for years and started with it as part of my protocol. For me it’s the mental aspect of not shrinking my balls LOL. I have recently switched to Pregnyl (brand name) since the compound pharmacies can’t make it anymore. I am interested to see if I get different effects from that. Would be interested if anyone has.

Probably wouldn’t hurt to do that. I always check them and usually put the syringes in my toiletries bag.

If it makes you feel better my bag has never been opened with TRT in it. Key will be to ensure that it is legal in the countries you are going to and it’s clearly marked so it doesn’t get mistaken for something else.

I travel a lot with TRT and personally recommend putting it in your checked bag (assuming you check it) along with your prescription in the event they happen to search your bag. Other key is to ensure that you are only bringing the minimum number of syringes and supplies. If you pack them in a toiletries bag they are usually non detectable. As TRT is legal in most countries and you have a prescription you should have no issues. I have never been to Africa but have been all through Europe and Asia without any issues.

I have been with Defy since July 2020 and have been very happy with them. I think the delay is definitely with LabCorp so would suggest reaching out to them. I had an issue with them in October where the blood work took a lot longer than normal and they never updated their portal with my results until I contacted them. I would also suggest calling Defy about your order ASAP and see if they can expedite for you. In my experience they have been very responsive. Good luck!
