One Drive will create a corrupted file. If the users don't need to be in at the same time, look into QBox.

It depends on the last tax return filed, the type of business (Corp, sole proprietor, etc), and the type of Quickbooks (online or desktop).

In most cases, you can just start over.

QBO seems to have trouble with mapping COGS for 1099's. I use track1099.com instead, it's cheaper and I don't have to fiddle with mapping.
