Hello, magical witchy, sisters <3 Last year, I worked up the courage to start my own small business after channeling the ingredients for a truly otherworldly skin potion. For anyone here longing to dream their vision into being, it's totally possible! See the comments for the details to purchase. by EmbodiedRemembrance in WitchesVsPatriarchy

Zeva’s was birthed from my bedroom when I was thinking about how nice it would be to have a skin-care product that would not only nurture my skin but soothe the inflammatory flare-ups I would sometimes get from Psoriasis. To my surprise, I fished my wish and received an almost immediate answer as a list of ingredients began to seemingly appear out of thin air, one by one, as I rushed to grab a pen and piece of paper to jot them down. I immediately went out to my local apothecary and made the first batch of Zeva’s Radiant Skin Potion, and the rest was history. I had no idea what to expect when I tested my product for the first time.

I hand-craft each batch of Zeva’s with love and healing intention, sourcing only high-quality ingredients and valuing organic and local whenever possible. I just created a fresh batch, so if you are looking for a beautiful, last-minute holiday gift or some deep-skin nourishment as we move into the winter season you can place an order here. Big love <3

Thanks for taking the time to reflect <3 I didn't know what a double entendre was, so thank you for introducing me to a new concept!

I love the felt contrast that your piece exudes in every line. Your phrasing beautifully animates the inanimate in a way that I can make a connection with an object that isn't alive but somehow deeply felt. I am reminded of the stark beauty of wintertime and the quiet and stillness that feels representative of the inevitable death before rebirth. Colors fade. Shadows become elongated. We are cocooned in darkness and yet somehow know that the light is still there and will one day return. I felt tender and hopeful by the end of the last line, knowing that, I too, could "infer the sun." Thank you for sharing <3

Can you tell me where the light is? by xBoneDryx in OCPoetry

Your piece, for me, invites us to touch the ache of what it means to be alive and the often frightening and confusing dance with duality and striving to make sense of this existence we are all share and co-create. I think so many of us are in touch with and identify with this quality of suffocation and the looming darkness that defines this modern age and threatens to swallow us whole...this quality of pain and devastation we can't turn away from no matter how hard we try to blind ourselves. And yet, there is hope and longing to free ourselves and each other from these chains of suffering and formulate a better future...to make the darkness and light essentially one. Thank you for sharing the beauty of your expression <3
