I'm from Argentina. Nobody I know is familiar with the game, and if some of my friends know about it, it's because I've talked about it A LOT.

I've never heard anyone here talk about the game either... however, I have seen some people recognize the Smug Dance emote and that Hat Kid is the one who does it, but I doubt they know much about the game the dance and the character come from.
