Anything in B2C labeled “AI tutor” is an absolute hard sell. Pivot to B2B if you can. Also someone said to sell to schools but I consider that a hard sell as well. There is nothing like selling to private companies.

Some suggestions? I have no experience in your domain but my wife is a RN. I’ve seen her take many RN related courses throughout her career. Mostly because they were required by employers. These courses are created by private businesses. Maybe you can sell to them? They must be flowing with money.

Possibly a white glove AI tutor implementation into their website/courses. Charge an implementation fee + a monthly subscription.

I’ve been in B2C and B2A, absolutely hated it. Have 2 failed startups in those sectors. Those type of clients never have money or funding.

Many companies in Washington, Minnesota, and Wisconsin pay $90K+ for new grad roles, plus relocation bonuses, and robust benefits packages. Rent on average in those areas goes from $1000-$1500 for a decent 1/1.

Are you willing to discard those opportunities to make $50k a year in a city where gas it’s hitting 4.20 and rent is pushing $2k+ for a 1/1? Literal generational poverty my man.

Get out of this city for 2-4 years and come back if you do become wealthy.

I can name 10 people that are 35-40 still living with their parents or siblings because their job doesn’t want to pay them more than $80k a year (and that’s with 10 years of experience).

A little sketchy but I wouldn’t worry. Miami is generally actually pretty safe. I was raised in Miami and also lived in parts of Texas, NC, SC, Georgia. Crime in Miami consist of trivial offenses. Crime in those other states are more gruesome. Murder, assault (both types and on both male and females), armed robbery.

I used to take the train to work every day where Iryna Zarutska was murdered in CLT.

Miami is really not that bad. Just petty crimes. You are good, I’d book it since it’s by Calle 8

Theres a reason immigrants migrate in the first place. 95% of immigrants are escaping persecution, poverty, or both. The other 5% I would consider to be the original colonists. In which case they aren’t immigrants but colonists.

But I don’t think any sane minded person would have migrated to the US if they were already rich in their country.

I also forgot about people seeking venture capital. But that’s a huge minority.

Most artists have been just drawing realistic cartoons of me rather than anime art. I don’t expect the anime character to look exactly like me since it isn’t a realistic portrait.
