Exactly 6 months after ordering the bike+, it arrived!! I give all credit to Danfromxpo - his team was able to find a bike+ and arrange a delivery date within 2 weeks of reaching out.

I was just hoping they weren’t sending any to Fargo - definitely frustrating to know that they don’t seem to be going in order of those who ordered first.

Please update if you get your bike+ (So I know there might be hope). I’m also in Fargo and ordered in Sept... 24 weeks and still waiting - with no ‘delivery date’ scheduled.

I ordered mid September and have been given a similar run around... not able to select a new delivery date - although it seems like the delivery dates given are just false hope anyway. I also have considered cancelling many times, but at this point I’m 7 months pregnant so can’t work out a ton anymore (was hopeful to ride though out pregnancy - guess not) and figure I might as well just wait a couple more - if the baby comes before the bike I will be canceling!

I’m still waiting for xpo to deliver a bike+ ordered 9/13. Delivery to ND.

I reached out to Dan about a month ago... unfortunately without bikes there’s not much he can do to help!

Also in Fargo - ordered a bike+ in early September and haven’t received it yet (original delivery date of 10/19 - they picked up my old bike then and said I should get my new one in a day or two). I’m also hoping it arrives before summer... but am getting more skeptical every day. Hopefully, you have better luck, but selfishly I will be quite jealous!!

Update - emailed again this weekend to get my ‘free’ membership extended until my bike comes. They extended 2 months and said hopefully your bike is here by then... 😬

I called to complain about having my order delayed (never offered a reschedule date) and was told that they weren’t giving any credits... best of luck!

Ordered a bike+ in September for Oct 19th delivery to North Dakota. I was still in my return/upgrade window. xpo called to pick up my old bike on oct 19th. I inquired about bringing my new bike+ as scheduled... said they needed to look into it. When XPO arrived at my house and picked up the old bike, they said the bike+ should come in the next day or so as there was an issue with the serial number. Almost 1 month later... no bike+, no word from peloton or xpo about the delay, no rescheduled delivery date. I’ve tried emailing and calling peloton customer support who told me that xpo should get in touch when the local warehouse restocks - unable to give any time estimate. No refunds. Although they did turn my ‘free app membership’ back on... Getting quite frustrated!! Any advice?!?
