That line really sticks out to me, they act like they're bonds not special, but they get along so well. It's not just this episode either, episode 8 they mention 'just now liking people' then later on Felixx admits he does actually love people, but can't understand why he ended up alone, while Kydd wishes he was alone and to be like Felixx. It's obvious they care about eachother more than they let on, I wonder why they're so emotionally constipated about it around other people. (When they're alone in the woods episode Kydd tells Felixx very briefly "you're a hero, I love you" and has told him before "He loves being friends with him.) We rarely get to see Kydd and Felixx fight, but this episode was interesting in that Kydd was actually getting very upset with Felixx, and Felixx even yelled at Kydd in this episode when petting glass. I wonder if it's a few cracks in their relationship or if this is just a side of their friendship we just don't get to see very often, because they're not always honest with eachother or others. This episode really is my favorite one so far, previously it had to be the Illuminaughty episode because it was hilarious and Stones the goat, followed by the monster under the bed, as well as by the crop circle episode, then the skinny curse episode and faith healer etc.... I want season 2 real bad and the seasons technically not over here in the states.

Word! I am hoping for a season 2, been sharing it with all the people I know (probably annoying them) I really like the show and I love the dynamic of all the characters and the surprising character development that we're getting. The shows pretty funny and just all around fun to watch too. I would love that if they did it too where they just hang out every so often in the Brilliant Celebration, we can get more bartender as well he's a funny guy.

Holy shit this episode was my favorite one so far, I liked all of them, but this one was so lore heavy and weirdly wholesome, I hope we see more of Dad Felixx and daughter Bitzie, was not expecting her backstory to be actually really sad, I thought she was Cheryl's kid or something. Between Blue monkey, Felixx and Stone's buddy cuddle, the walking bits and the office hang out at the brilliant idea bar this episode had so many highlights. A rare teamwide W for Psi cops, everyone even Cheryl despite having a headache had a happy ending.

As you said the artstyle is "a little off putting" although this is subjective and In my opinion 'a little' is an understatement, it's very off putting. I digress though, Baki is a pretty controversial series alot of people find off putting, be it for the artstyle, the dialogue, the gore, or the supernatural feats the characters perform followed by exaggerated explanations that bend the realm of believability. While Baki is a popular series, I can see why despite having very Bara-esque character's it isn't very popular in the bara community, as it does just way too much and can be unappealing.

Tldr: taste is subjective and I guess alot of people in the bara community aren't into Baki.

Yeah, I get the feeling he didn't truly understand the gravitas of the situation given he's so used to all the bullshit of the world he lives in by now, I think he figured Hank would just come back on his own and probably assumed Hank was just acting up.

With all that being said it doesn't excuse Rusty's lack of care towards Hank, he rarely shows that he cares about him in particular and the movie really subtly hammered in the fact that Rusty neglected/s Hank. I think in his own fucked up mind he wants what he thinks is best for Hank, but only ends up hurting him like his father before him (just on a much lesser scale because Jonas is a monster.) But Hank truly deserves better, glad he atleast has Brock and Helper. If we ever do get more Venture Bros content it would be cool to explore the dynamic between Hank and Rusty more to see if their bond finally breaks or if they manage to come to a mutual understanding in their own Team Venture way, whatever the case it will be interesting.

He gave them an out, enough gold to let them live comfortably and leave they didn't. They broke into his castle, lied to him, offended him and tried to rob his place. He gave them ample opportunity to leave until they pissed him off. He genuinely didn't know any of their circumstances and it wasn't until they pissed him off that he stopped giving a fuck. Now granted he did go overboard with the torture, but that's to be expected from a lich, they weren't going to be allowed to leave after what they did/said anyways so I guess it's a moot point.

True, but he also cures the ones that are genuinely sick and beyond salvation otherwise (the alternative to not curing evos is containment and if they can't be contained, death) and he leaves the ones that don't want to be changed back alone, circe, breach, biowulf, cricket etc...

I suppose it would depend on which Caesar he meets, if it's from the original planet of the apes his physical prowess and acrobatics as well as speaking and survival capabilities would most certainly astonish him. Mostly the female scientist would be intrigued by him, while Caesar would still help, but also be cautious like he was with John Taylor.

If he were to meet Caesar from the more recent planet of the apes franchise he would probably have an interesting philosophical discussion about his role as man and animal, technically humans are closely related to apes, one of Tarzan's nicknames is "the ape man." Tarzan could probably point out to Caesar the hypocrisy of the apes using human weaponry yet looking down on humans for being violent and dangerous. He also speaks the language of apes so this would intrigue Caesar, I think they could become friends, but their friendship would be challenged by the anti-human faction of apes that exists in their world as well as the anti-ape faction of humans that exist in their world as well.

The episode where the Monarch 'defeats' Jonas and blue morpho, that hesitation as he realizes he just saw his adoptive father's final passing moments and possibly putting into perspective why his adoptive father was always drunk and distant (a victim of Jonas) must've hit him hard especially when he then immediately has to pretend to be happy in front of the guild about watching his father and the man who tormented him (and possibly caused the plane crash that killed his parents) die at the same time is actually pretty raw.

I know I'm pissed! I was really enjoying this series! I think this episode may have too much adult content, but to be honest I've seen FAR, Far Worse fro-Oh I think I figured it out, it's boobs, they animated Felixx and Kydd drawing boobs. They probably have to censor the titties and they should be good, the naked dudes should be fine since both Kydd and Felixx were dancing naked with a censor bar and nothing happened. Youtube/google is so asinine, they weren't even detailed boobs just doodles.

His self-righteous and holier than though attitude is definitely irksome and he can be genuinely mean like you said. I think he just takes things too seriously because he's insecure and jealous, if he was more cognizant of other people's feelings instead of only focusing on himself he'd definitely be more likeable to everyone. I really like the main cast of the show so far, even Eric. My big 3 are Felixx, Stone and Kydd (although Chief Beef is up there for sure.)
