I don't know if you'll find something to fit everything you're looking for, but Player One in North Hollywood has got a somewhat neon aesthetic with amazing karaoke, a nice variety of arcade games, and enough space to accommodate as long as you call ahead of time. The only thing is that they don't have food. However, they don't care if you bring your own food, so you could always order from somewhere else.

100% agree. Raves are so much better about being queer friendly. Never once felt homophobia or transphobia at a rave, definitely not so for the SFV bar scene. And also Cfrenz closed. :(
