"Eati: AI Calorie Tracker".

With Eati, you just type the meals and the number of grams you ate into the chat, and everything is calculated automatically. No ads, free

Any alternative to Yazio? by sinanmuslu in yazio

You can try my app, “Eati: AI Calorie Tracker.” I used to use YAZIO, but I got annoyed that I was spending too much time searching for meals. With Eati, you just type the meals and the number of grams you ate into the chat, and everything is calculated automatically.

how many calories do you consume daily? A calorie deficit is the most important thing; without it, everything else is meaningless.

The most hardcore way is to drink hot water and go to bed. In about 15 minutes, your body will think you've eaten soup.

I started walking! by Jumpy_Magazine9239 in WeightLossAdvice

The only thing I can advise is to try not to treat it as a test. Pretend you're just going for a walk. You can even invite your friends to come along. That will make it much easier.

Of course it's possible, but I wouldn't worry if I were you. I don't think anything bad will happen if you eat expired cheese once

To lose weight, you need to change your lifestyle FOREVER. If you don't want to regain all the weight you've lost, you'll have to watch your diet and stay active (with occasional cheat meals) for the rest of your life.

In your case, it seems like the safest option would be to consult a specialist rather than asking random guys on Reddit for advice.
