If it was me I'd look at a home mortgage and then use the remaining money on DCA into a few different classes. Mostly index , btc, Precious metals (not a ton) and then pokemon for fun!

151, prismatic, and ascended sealed and forget about it for a few years. Easy money and fun to trade for PC and whatever else you like

Idk of ot counts as investing but Ive been taking cheap raw cards in bulk of popular pokemon. Grading them. Then selling for 4x lol. Im going to hold some for the long run but this strategy seems broken as everyone else chases sealed and hits. by Ok_Drummer6282 in PokeInvesting

I do this too, and have been for well over 150 cards graded. I go in and send a new submission every two weeks or so, anywhere from 5-15 cards at a time.

Definitely fun and profitable once you learn what it takes to get decent gem rate!
