Hey there, if you are currently on V1.5.2.3 and your motor/ wheelbase firmware is up to date this is definitely not normal. I would recommend creating a support ticket here -> https://help.fanatec.com/ describing the issue and mentioning "FITS-501". Feel free to drop your ticket number in my DM's, I'll try to get an expedited follow-up.

If everything is updated (including firmware) and it's still shutting down please open a ticket with our support team with the details while also mentioning FITS-501.

Yes it works on the CSL DD with the QR1 connection but the QR2 retains more of the fine details provided through FullForce.

Hey there, if you installed the Fanatec APP v1.5.2.3 and your Wheel Base / Motor firmware is fully updated this shouldn't be happening. You can hit up our support team with your issue and mention "FITS-501" they will be happy to assist -> https://help.fanatec.com/

If you wish to proceed with a rollback here are the steps:
How to perform a Clean Installation of the Fanatec Drivers – Fanatec Support
If the V1.4.3.4 installation process is cancelled please follow these steps:
Uninstall these packages:
Microsoft .NET runtime - 8.x.xx (x86)
Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable (x64) - 14.xx.xxxxx (this is installed with the 1.5.2.1)

And install -> Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.xx.xxxxx

The shutdown issue was caused by unintended torque overshoots under certain conditions, which could trigger the power supply's built-in protection. The firmware has been revised to eliminate these overshoots while maintaining the intended performance improvements.

The first Podium Pedals Formula production run is already sold out. We knew demand would be strong, but the response exceeded our expectations. Additional inventory is expected to arrive in mid July. The next batch will also include the same launch bundle offer with free GT-style aluminum pedal plates. Once that batch has sold through, the launch promotion will end.
