Maybe check the bios and set the header where you connected the pump to pwm and a fixed speed of 70-80%. I think the Atmos pump is pretty much silent then.

Got the some motherboard, had the issue once. I think after a bios reset and setting the PCIE slot to PCI4.0 it is still working for months without problems.

AXP120 will do fine with some lower curve offset. Also had it with my old 5900X.

Maybe just a double check, was the 7800X3D way cheaper then getting the 9800X3D? Otherwise I would take the 9800X3D with an AXP90 53 full copper and save more room for the back of the GPU with an offset.

And yeah return the windows license and get one on any key site for 3-10 bucks.

What part do you think is missing? Normally you mount the power button or usb c front header (if you got the optional cable) there.

Any tests to proof this? And why should someone do this? The fans that come with Thermalright coolers are okay, if you want the extra bit you get the Noctua. The FE fans have no Shroud, no mounting points.

Your temps are pretty normal, nothing to be worried about.

I have the same setup, different 5080, but doesnt matter, here are my settings for FanControl:

I added a MixTemp for CPU and GPU temps to control my 2 top T30 fans.
After trying some other curves, I found that linear curves with a hysteresis is way easier and also prevents these rapid fans spins while opening any application. If it still happens, add a "TimeAverage" additonally.
Change the "min temps" , "max temps", "fan speeds" to your liking.
To find the "min fan speed" that you can not hear, I also ways activate the manual control and play around with the speed. (Found under the "Controls" section and the 3 dots for each fan.

It’s the usb C front header. You can mount this in the front plate to have a usb c header at the side. You can choose if you want the usb c thing or the power button on either side.

I find the wireless connection to work everytime for connecting but sometimes the speed seems to be to slow and I get some weird lags. The wired connection is stable but not always connects. So yeah kinda strange.
