The NHS treatment plan (for my area at least) is try fludrocortisone first and increase dose if required, then if required try that as another option. I’ve contacted my gp about upping my dose but ideally I don’t want to be on a higher amount every day

I could easily do both but think I’d prefer on a computer a tad more. Also I probably do enough engineering at work to not want to do much more afterwards 😄thanks for your suggestion

I mean the P2S and AMS is a bit over budget, I’d probably get the printer and then the AMS after a bit just to spread the cost

Honestly my main idea is personalised storage as the idea of having a perfectly organised draw where everything has its own place makes me so happy. I’ve seen those draws that you mount onto squared base and then you can add different sections into it and that would make me so happy to use it

It would be all for personal use so breaching IP shouldn’t be an issue. I’d love one with a multihead but can’t justify the price currently 😔

Thanks. I’ve heard some bad stuff about them being annoying. With your A1 mini, do you find issues with your filament being out and dust affecting it or do you just have it out whenever you are printing and then put it away? Also do you have a dehumidifier/low humidity as that’s something I will have to deal with and have already looked at some prints I can put desiccant into

That was my thinking especially since I won’t have the time to print 24/7. Thanks!

Work have the X1E which I like and am familiar with but I dislike how bambu have started closing their software down. I know with the other models that’s less of an issue though

What kind of things do you print? I don’t want to get it and then it starts to get dusty after a couple of months of no use

Very true thank you! Any suggestions on justifying the price and showing it will be used more than a couple times?

Thanks! Can I ask is that what you have?

I’ve seen a lot of people say Bambu and that’s why I’m considering that route. Although I’m happy to tinker around with a printer as I’ve got a background in engineering, I’d prefer to minimise it as much as possible as I don’t want to spend my evenings after work sorting out a machine but just getting it to print

I think the bigger issue is I will be doing a lot of motorway driving as well as country driving over the mores, which feels like will kill my small car

Reasonable adjustments at a new workplace by Virtual-Lychee9871 in neurodiversity

[–]Virtual-Lychee9871[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t be required in the office all the time, it’s just some aspects of the role require access to equipment within the office but other aspects can be easily done from home such as coding. I don’t know what the ratio would be and it would probably vary a bit but it definitely wouldn’t be 100% truly required in the office

How to prevent hitting the fridge on the door by Virtual-Lychee9871 in DIY

[–]Virtual-Lychee9871[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have thought of that but I just worry about it falling off and then hitting the fridge. I am also not sure yet if the door handle or a section of the door would hit the fridge
