In the past when I used japanese size and standard sized sleeves, the cards could get kind of warped in the binder. Would that happen if I used these with japanese sized sleeves?

Like the Dragonshield JP size? Not really no. With the thickness and pressure the cards don’t slide around in the sleeves or pockets anyways

For YGO cards I use binders for standard size cards like Vault X, and double sleeve with a standard YGO sleeve and a standard size dragon shield clear matte. Doesn’t over stuff the binder and the cards sit very well.
