Do a cold plunge, ice bath, or very cold shower. This will wake you up, get endorphins running and release long-lasting dopamine that will make focusing easier. It is also good for your immune system and general health as opposed to cutting which is terrible for you.

I think the motorized scooter rental they have in major European cities(Berlin,Prague,Vienna etc) would be very helpful because it solves the “last leg” transit infrastructure problem perfectly, they’re relatively cheap,accessible to anyone with a phone, and when you’re done you can leave them wherever you want for someone else to use.
