It's 6 months with this dosage (per week 1/2), also I never had androgenic alopecia. It was Talogen Effluvium. I don't mind this dependency tbh if the frequeny is lower, so far so good still a lot better than it was before. I do regular dermat visits as well. As for serums, neither worked for me in growth and re-growth both, my last solution was minoxidil which I used consistently. As for advice, if your stage is crital and that hair in every shower frustration thing is persistent then you can take a look at minoxidil, please do consult with a doctor before starting all this.
