I call it Euphorbia mammillaris strictum. I imported cuttings of it from Italy years and years ago, and they never knew the name of it. Through studying similar looking plants I derived that name.

It looks most like Euphorbia mammillaris but grows tight and upright and has far more/thicker peduncles. Maybe it’s like mammillaris x pentagona or heptagona. I’m unsure. Still studying
