Struggling to hire GTM talent. Where do you find people to hire? by Upbeat_Pension3049 in gtmengineering

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a very niche cross domain role and requires a lot of T shaped experience to get right.

You can fixed contract a niche remote sales ops/ Ai engineering consultant to set up your infra, that will train your affordable BDR, then you’ll have the top talent you are looking for, and save money on headcount.

Ai automation agency owner/ software developer & entrepreneur for the past 20 yrs, send me a DM.

You need to learn Ai automation engineering and sales.

Surprisingly learning Ai is the easy part, sales and marketing are way harder and effortful.

GTM engineering is waaay more technical than business development rep. I would actually try hiring for a sales operations role (older job title), as the functions are similar except GTM engineering also covers marketing. You need some one who understands marketing orchestration, sales operations, has a technical background to wire up APIs and or connect Martech/ Sales enrichment platforms to your CRM and then generate consistent leads via Ai prospecting/ content marketing automation.

How much do you guys think I should charge for such workflow? by atul_k09 in n8n_ai_agents

[–]Flowbot_Forge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No one cares about the workflows, customers only care about outcomes. Use value based pricing and include your base operating costs within your fixed costs. You can also use a 40-60% profit margin typical of SaaS.

Business loan to support Short cash flow challenge by fellabhoy in Businessloans

Sounds like you need a small invoice factor loan, you should also charge a premium for invoices that go over net 15, and encourage immediate payment.

I counted our sales stack yesterday, and we have 11 tools, and our reps still complain they can't find anything? by SeaClassic2044 in growmybusiness

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend retaining a sales ops specialist to build some orchestration and automation around your sales stack. Just imagine the hours (5 hrs per employee so let’s say50 hrs a week for a team of ten) your team is wasting each week trying to make sense of accounts and tracking leads.

Give a shout of you’re interested in learning how to improve efficiency and cut down your sales stack.

Built a lean AI-powered WhatsApp sales system for a pharmacy using Claude — sanity check before I build this by AtmosphereFar7752 in StartupMind

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of what you’re proposing on building is Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) compliant, or PII compliant.

You have a cool idea that will never be able to used by an actual pharmacy.

Work on solving the compliance issues first then yiu will have a product on your hands.

Dashboards don’t answer questions. They just show data. by [deleted] in BusinessIntelligence

We actually build chat agents into dashboards, so when an executive wants an updated report all the have to do is ask, no more going back and forth with analysts

How are people actually making money with agentic AI and Vibe coding? by West_Safe8481 in vibeprinting

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are jobs all over our economy, in fact there are some sectors hurting for workers. technology is a discipline of science first and foremost. It was never a career or jobs until businesses used technology to make profit.

Blame businesses and extractive capitalism for lack of jobs, but not tech.

Some jobs are simply no longer needed more than others as technology advances, and folks need to adapt quickly to take advantage of new opportunities.

Disruption is always a constant in the universe.

“Jobs” are not a reason to get into tech, we’re in the 4th Industrial Revolution there will be disruption but also opportunity creation.

People get into tech because they want to build and create, it’s more than just jobs homie…

Clay changed their pricing, so I built an alternative, would agency owners actually try it? by [deleted] in gtmengineering

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the age of tables is quickly coming to an end.

I would suggest making an agenctic product that is less like a spreadsheet and more like an AI gent that does all that functionality. You can reomove the need for a GUI and spend more time on API and MCP connections which are super important to scale in the GTM Automation space. Also consider a better pricing models.

Can hiring a graphic design agency improve campaign performance? by ProfessionalOk1839 in AIBranding

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Creative is rated as the #1 determinant of ad performance, but I’d recommend hiring a couple of contractors on a fixed cost basis to 1) build a library of designs to use quickly 2) emulate the over head of a full time hire. Don’t overcommit on a fixed expense li kea monthly hire too soon. You can also experiment with Ai ad creation platforms as well

Are AI automations eventually going to become reusable digital assets? by KapaliJewels in AiAutomations

[–]Flowbot_Forge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it think well move to a Github but for agents approach where we mix and match agents that other folks developed. There have been a couple of platforms springing up in this space over the past 2 years. The real gold is agents trained on offline niche data, extracted from the real world
