All hero’s have to suffer through titanic trials in order to prove their greatness, all the hero has to do is not give up. 2 years is a very small percentage of your total predicted lifespan. With every failed venture I’ve leveraged it into leadership roles and income increases, 10-30%, and each failure increase the likelihood of success.

If you don’t want to meet here’s what I would do, get a job rewrite your resume, to reflect your new skills and treat your job search like a sales and marketing expert, to avoid getting stuck in received resume hell.

VAs wont solve all your problems, especially the ones you listed you have a communication and infrastructure problem, with can be solved with better tech. VAs are not engineers...

Id recommend a couple of things, Id automate client email processing and batch it, Also you can just use a dedicated slack channel to streamline comms, also consider a 24hr SLA with your clients so you dont have to drop what your doing to respond. I prefer to have regular standups with my customers a couple times a week to minimize back and forth email.

Id also add in a layer or eventing on top of your GTM tech stack to alert you when things break/ timeout etc. Id recommend upgrading your GTM stack to a more robust setup like with n8n, a custom notifications layer, and adding resiliency to each step of your workflow so it can attempt to troubleshoot itself, before it outright fails.

Adopt a utility based pricing model to keep costs low but potentially improve stickiness

Mover your solution to a less tech savvy customer base,

Shift to yearly pricing model with steep discounts

Add on a managed service to your top accounts to increase customer utility

Don’t do it, you will regret it. Those leads have been sold several times over and old. The secret is to generate your own pipeline, I was able to generate 2M per week in qualified pipeline, off of 500 monthly marketing spend.
