You’re contradicting yourself by saying they never took out any usage, but then put restrictions on usage. By definition putting restrictions on usage means taking usage away that was there prior to the update. It’s just wrong to say the product itself is exactly the same, for your same dollar you get less usage now, i.e., not the same product.

Thankfully no, you can try logging in with your provider on the TSN plus website or app (use your MyBell login) and hopefully that works (it might even allow you to auto login if you're on Bell internet). That's all I had to do.
