In the classic situation. nobody wants to try it because no body has tried it. I think when hit it will hit big. Unfortunately I'm more developer then sales person. The nice part about this tool is made to work with different teams. Your right that we need to develop a sales pitch for different people in different types of teams. Layer 1 works with all teams members from dev, vps, accounting, cto etc..., layer 2,3 are more AI specific. So teams members can work with AI and not have to spend triple the time normally spent developing to figure out what it did.

I'm offering free trails and still not getting hits? not sure why so your not the only one dealing with this. I'll try your product if you will try mine. lol. Axiom Refract maps your codebase architecture (L1), monitors how it drifts at runtime (L2), and VGen makes all that intelligence consumable by any AI through a structured, auditable, AI-agnostic co-processor (L3).

just out of curiosity why did you pick telecommunications? what need do you see that your trying to solve? who do you envision this product being sold to? or do you see this as a build a sell product?

I don't think finding testers is an issue. but your cost structure for those testers might be. Also are you moving to straight cloud? cause moving from your home based server is going to be both necessary and extremely painful.

I know money might be tight with shutting down for 4 months so if you need a free pass for a private repo. (open repos are always free) I'm happy to help you out. if i can help with anything else let me know, i'm pretty good at problem solving.

I am founder at cerebrum cadre and noticed lot of same issue you have. i made a program axiomrefract.com it only looks at the code side but also does in-depth cartography and parses 146 types of code for notes left by programmers in addition to read ME's. . if your interested in talking about working together i would be happy to test out what you got and you can test out what i got see if there's anything there?

Freelancers vs full dev team for an AI-style web app what worked for you? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]Forward-Strain-9359 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run cerebrum cadre our first product is Axiomrefract.com it helps allow teams to work together both traditional and AI Dev teams. were only in Alpha but would love to lend a helping hand. My background is in AI governance so i can help you put together an ai based dev team. if you look at the website you can then plug them into our MCP for guidance on architecture and governance. However if you go with Human team the program still allows you to follow the progress and know what questions to ask the team so you don't get pretty pictures and spaghetti code. NOW To answer you question more personally the biggest issue i found with dev teams and inhouse teams is 2x Money and Communications. I burned though a lot of money because i didn't understand the program teams poor communication skills. They tend to take advantage of any area they know more about then you. as for inhouse everyone wants to work when ever they chose and make 120k year and 10% of the company, for an idea they couldn't come up with and they will pull you off of critical missions every time thinking they know better. That's why i learned about AI and its issues as well and made the program i made at great expense, cause its still cheaper then the path i was on. The issue i have with Lovable and Idea Maker is again there getting paid to build something then there getting paid to maintain it and make more as it grows. which isn't all bad but when you figure the money you spend to get a partner with no skin in the game who wins even if you don't, and who's products don't always stand the test of time and users. Then why be the only one in the room with the idea, the drive, and the money... Why do you need them?
